I'm Gary, 66, from BC. I started Kindred Nomad because my bucket list was collecting dust. This site is for fellow travellers — all walks of life — who aspire to get out there and actually go.

My personal bucket list is to live in a van and travel BC and Canada affordably. I film it all here — the real costs in BC ($12k–$40k vans, $1,050/month living), the cheap build, the mistakes.
